We accept returns or exchanges for up to 5 working days after items are received/delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.
